Hours and Rates

The Visual Arts Center, Kirby Science Discovery Center, and the Wells Fargo CineDome are operating in their fall/winter schedule, which includes being closed on most Mondays and Tuesdays after Labor Day through Easter. They will be open, however, on school holidays such as Native American Day (Mon., Oct. 8, 2007), Veteran's Day (Mon., Nov. 12, 2007), New Year's Eve (Mon., Dec. 31, 2007), Martin Luther King Jr. Day (Mon., Jan. 21, 2008), Presidents Day (Mon., Feb. 18, 2008), and most other school holidays.

Please note: the Wells Fargo CineDome will also be closed Tuesdays after Labor Day through Easter.

After Easter (March 23, 2008) they will return to spring/summers hours with the Visual Arts Center, the Kirby Science Discovery Center and the Wells Fargo CineDome open on Mondays through Labor Day.

Please note: the Box Office, lobbies, and administrative offices remain open with their regular hours throughout the year.

CineDome films shown at the top of each hour. Last show starts at 4 p.m. Monday-Thursday and Sunday, and at 8 p.m. Friday and Saturday.

Note: The Washington Pavilion is closed Thanksgiving Day and Christmas Day.

First Friday The Washington Pavilion offers several activities on the first Friday of each month, many of which are free or discounted.

	$5 First Friday: From 5 - 8 p.m. on the first Friday of each month admission to the Kirby Science Discovery Center AND a film in the Wells Fargo CineDome is just $5.00 + tax.
	Pavilion Tours - free tour of the facility on the first Friday of every month from 1 – 2 p.m., including the dressing rooms and backstage when available. Inquire at the 1st floor information booth at the Kirby Science Discovery Center entrance.
	Skywatch - Free telescope viewings outside the Wells Fargo CineDome. First Fridays at 7 p.m. Free and open to the public. Children 12 and under must be accompanied by an adult.
