Box Office Hours
(Note: these are Box Office hours only. To see public hours for the Kirby Science Discovery Center, Visual Arts Center, Wells Fargo CineDome Theater and Pavilion Discovery Store, click "Hours and Rates" on the left side of this page.)

 Monday - Thursday & Saturday 9:30 AM to 5:00 PM
 Friday  9:30 AM to 8:00 PM
 Sunday 11:30 AM to 4:00 PM

Note: The Washington Pavilion is closed Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Eve Day and Christmas Day. The Kirby Science Discovery Center, Wells Fargo CineDome, and Visual Arts Center are open seven days a week Easter to Labor Day, but closed most Mondays Labor Day to Easter, except for school holidays. (Tickets may be purchased online up to 2 days prior to the event. Within 2 days of an event, tickets are only available by phone or in person at the box office. To prevent fraudulent purchases, tickets purchased online will not be mailed, they will be held at the box office under "will call." An internet ticketing fee and a handling charge from the Washington Pavilion will apply to online ticket purchases.)



* There is a $3.00 service charge per ticket for phone orders to non-members. Members of the Washington Pavilion do not pay this fee!
Student "rush" tickets may be available for selected performing arts series performances (excluding designated family shows and Broadway tour shows) 30 minutes prior to show time for $10. Valid ID required. Limit one ticket per student. Cash or credit card only. Call 605-367-6000 for details. 

Gift Certificates
The Washington Pavilion sells "Pavilion Bucks" gift certificates in any denominations starting at $5. "Pavilion Bucks" can be purchased at the box office, by phone or online and are accepted in all areas of the Washington Pavilion, making them a great gift giving option.

Ticket Policy:
Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover Card are accepted. For events in the Great Hall or Belbas Theater, personal checks are not accepted at our box office five days prior to the date of the event. No refunds or exchanges for purchased tickets. Ticket is valid only for the event and seat for which it is issued. Management reserves the right to refund the ticket price and refuse admission. Event dates and times are subject to change without notice. Patrons are subject to search as permissible by law.

Latecomers for an event in the Husby Performing Arts Center or Wells Fargo CineDome Theater will be seated at the discretion of the management. Management is not responsible for lost or stolen tickets. Operation of cameras or recording devices is strictly prohibited in the Wells Fargo CineDome Theater, Husby Performing Arts Center and other specific areas in the Washington Pavilion of Arts and Science. Laser pointers are prohibited.

Ticket holders voluntarily assume all risks and dangers incidental to any event for which tickets are issued and waive all claims against the ticket issuer, the event sponsor, or the owner of the facility whether or not such claims arise from negligence of any said parties.

Event On-Sales:
During sale periods when a large number of patrons are buying tickets at the same time, the box office reserves the right to choose the best available seats for each patron, according to his or her chosen price level. Whenever possible, our box office makes every effort to accommodate patrons' requests for seating areas and price levels.

Will Call:
Tickets for events in the Husby Performing Arts Center will not be mailed any later than seven days prior to the event date. Tickets purchased six days or less to the event date must be obtained at "will call" prior to the event time at the box office window. Tickets purchased online will be available at will call. Ticket buyers must have photo identification to pick up will call tickets.
